To proceed with the order of your personalised cases, you must locate the desired products and add them to the shopping cart.

Once you have purchased all the products in the shopping cart, proceed to checkout to complete the purchase of your phone cases or other items.

Then you have to fill in the shipping form and enter your credit card details to make the payment.

We have all the main mobile phone models on the market.

If your card has been successfully charged, you will know that your order has been paid for.

On the other hand, once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received by Muk Barcelona.

Then you just have to wait for your chosen items (personalised phone cases or other products) to be manufactured and delivered by the transport agency.

We are suppliers of several brands so don't hesitate to count on us.

The order is processed within 1 to 3 days after receipt. The carrier (Coreos Express) takes between 24h and 72h to deliver, so you will receive your case between 1 and 5 days after placing your order. Normally this process is very fast so you may receive it the day after you place your order 😉.

You will receive an email from the shipping company with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.


Your telephone number is essential for the carrier, who will contact you if they are unable to deliver your order. If you cannot be reached within 10 days, the order will be returned and you will have to pay for the delivery again in order to receive it.

All shipments include the following:

Yes, the shipping cost depends on the area. The shipping costs are listed below:

  • Mainland Spain: 3,45€.
  • Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 4,95€.
  • You can also pick up your case at our offices in Calle Teodora Lamadrid 44, Barcelona.

It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been placed.

Deliveries will only be made to the address provided as "Delivery address" when placing the order. Please make sure your details are correct and complete.

Shipments that are returned due to negligence on the part of the purchaser (incomplete or wrong delivery address, etc.) will not be reshipped until the purchaser has again paid the costs of reshipment.

All our products leave our warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition. If you notice any external damage, possible tampering or anything unusual on delivery, please state this clearly and inform us within 24 hours by sending an email to with a photo of the product, so that the courier's insurance company will cover any damage caused.

We cannot accept any claims for damage or shortages made more than 24 hours after delivery.
