How do I find out what model of phone I have?
For APPLE through the Settings app scroll down and select General, tap Info and there you will find the Model.
For ANDROID open the Settings app , scroll down and select About Phone or Phone Info. Look for the field that says Model or Device name. Here you will find the name and model number of your Android phone.

Can High Protection be roped?
Of course! They are compatible with universal ropes.
Each rope includes a sturdy plastic adapter that allows the attachment of both products.
What happens if I have not received the confirmation email?
