SHIPPING POLICY
We prepare your order with care and ship it as soon as possible. You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times are expressed in business days and do not include weekends or national/regional holidays. During peak demand periods (sales, Black Friday, Christmas), delivery may be slightly delayed.
United Kingdom: duties and taxes included
Shipments to the United Kingdom may experience occasional delays due to customs processing. All duties and taxes are already included in your order: you won't have to pay anything extra upon delivery.
United States: taxes & duties included
Non-personalized US orders are shipped from our local warehouse in the United States, with delivery in 3–5 business days. Personalized products are manufactured and shipped from Barcelona, which is why their delivery time is 5–10 business days. In both cases, all taxes and duties are included in the price — no surcharges or surprises at delivery.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and are displayed before you confirm payment.
Any issues with your shipment?
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe or the tracking hasn't updated for several days, write to us at info@mukbarcelona.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
