How do I find out what model of phone I have?
For APPLE through the Settings app scroll down and select General, tap Info and there you will find the Model.
For ANDROID open the Settings app , scroll down and select About Phone or Phone Info. Look for the field that says Model or Device name. Here you will find the name and model number of your Android phone.

MagSafe compatible
It is fully compatible with MagSafe wireless charging (iPhone 12 and up). It has built-in charging in the bottom layer of the case, which allows for secure magnetic attachment to compatible devices and facilitates the use of accessories such as chargers and stands.
Return policy
We accept returns and exchanges free of charge at our Barcelona office. Only returns can be processed online.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for personalized products with name, initials, photos or any other type of personalization.

Does it really protect the cell phone against falls?
It is specifically designed to provide robust protection against shocks, drops and scratches.
It combines a rigid polycarbonate outer layer with a flexible TPU inner layer to absorb impacts and protect both the edges and the back of the device.
In addition, the raised edges protect the screen and camera when the phone is resting on flat surfaces.
What kind of finish does the cover have, does it get dirty or does it mark fingerprints?
The case has a slightly textured matte finish that provides a soft and pleasant feel, preventing the phone from slipping.

Is the case compatible with MagSafe chargers and accessories?
Yes, the Tough MagSafe case has an integrated magnet system that makes it fully compatible with MagSafe certified wireless chargers and accessories, such as cradles, external batteries or magnetic card holders.
There is no need to remove the holster to charge the device.
Can I use the case with a screen protector?
Yes, it is fully compatible with most screen protectors. The design of the case is intended to not interfere with the tempered glass or lift the edges.
In addition, by having slightly raised edges, it also helps protect the screen when the phone is left face down.
What options do I have if I am not satisfied with the holster?
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order, as long as the product is in perfect condition, with no signs of use and in its original packaging.
If you are not satisfied or need to make an exchange, just write us and we will guide you through the return or replacement process.
