How do I find out what model of phone I have?
For APPLE through the Settings app scroll down and select General, tap Info and there you will find the Model.
For ANDROID open the Settings app , scroll down and select About Phone or Phone Info. Look for the field that says Model or Device name. Here you will find the name and model number of your Android phone.

We accept returns and exchanges free of charge at our Barcelona office. Only returns can be processed online.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 48-72 working hours from our offices in Barcelona.
For international orders the delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Where can I pick up my order when it is ready?
Your order is at our offices at 149 Bruc street, 08037 in Barcelona.
Pick up hours are from Monday to Thursday from 9h to 18:30h and on Fridays until 15h.
Can I modify the components of my order?
Una vez tu pedido ha sido realizado y se haya procesado en nuestro sistema, no podemos modificar los componentes.

Si el pedido ya ha sido preparado, tendrás que esperar a recibir por correo el número de seguimiento y contactar directamente con la agencia de transporte.
