We accept returns and exchanges free of charge at our Barcelona office. Only returns can be processed online.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for personalized products with name, initials, photos or any other type of personalization.

Does the case mirror scratch easily?
The mirror is designed to withstand daily use, but may become scratched if it comes into contact with metal objects. It is recommended to avoid storing it next to keys or coins.
Does the design of the sleeves wear out over time?
No, the design print is applied for added durability. Even so, careful use is recommended to keep the cover in perfect condition.
Can this holster be attached to a rope?
Of course! All the cases on our website are compatible with any universal rope. With the purchase of the rope we include an adapter that allows the use of both products at the same time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 48-72 working hours from our offices in Barcelona.
For international orders the delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Where can I pick up my order when it is ready?
Your order is at our offices at 149 Bruc street, 08037 in Barcelona.
Pick up hours are from Monday to Thursday from 9h to 18:30h and on Fridays until 15h.
Can I modify the components of my order?
Once your order has been placed and processed in our system, we cannot modify the components.
To change the address, you can write to our email address: info@mukbarcelona.com, and we may be able to help you.
If the order has already been prepared, you will have to wait to receive the tracking number by mail and contact the shipping agency directly.
