SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

Can I change the delivery address?

We can modify the shipping and delivery address the same day the order is placed.

In case the order is already out of our offices, you will have to wait to receive the tracking number by mail and contact the shipping agency directly through their contact page.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Domestic express shipments usually take 24-72 business hours, faster than you expect!

For international shipments the delivery time is 3-5 working days.

How can I locate my order?

In the email you associated with your order you will receive the tracking and tracking number of your order.

In case you have not received it or the status of your order has not been updated for several days, you can contact the shipping company or write to us at info@mukbarcelona.com.

What is the delivery time for an international shipment?

International shipments usually arrive in 3-5 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated based on destination.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands and how long does it take?

Of course! The shipment usually takes 4-5 working days. It is necessary to attach the ID card for customs clearance.

ORDERS

What happens if I have not received my order confirmation email?

The confirmation email always arrives at the email address associated with the order. You may find it in your spam folder.

In case you have not received it, you can write to us at info@mukbarcelona.com.

Can I cancel or modify any item in my order?

To cancel or modify an item we need to be notified the same day the order is created.

Once the order has been prepared it will not be possible to cancel or modify the products in the order.

Can I use more than one discount on my order?

Discounts are not cumulative. You can not use more than one code at a time, nor in the same purchase.

You must always put it in the final purchase process, before issuing the payment.

What are the payment methods I can use?

We accept Paypal, Apple-Pay, Clear Pay or credit and debit cards.

RETURN POLICY

What is the product return period?

The return period is 30 days, as long as the items are in good condition.

When the return arrives at our offices we will proceed to make the refund. This will be reflected in the same original payment method within 3 to 5 days, depending on the bank.

Is it possible to make an online change?

Product exchanges can only be processed in our physical stores in Barcelona.

Online we only accept returns processed through the form.

We accept exchanges of products that are NOT personalized.

Can customized products be exchanged or returned?

We do not accept exchanges or returns of products personalized with initials, names, photos, etc.

Is there a charge for the online return?

Yes, the return shipping costs: in Spain the price of the return is: 4.90€ and in the European Union 10€ approximately.

We do NOT refund the shipping costs of the order once it has been returned.
