How do I find out what model of phone I have?
For APPLE through the Settings app scroll down and select General, tap Info and there you will find the Model.
For ANDROID open the Settings app , scroll down and select About Phone or Phone Info. Look for the field that says Model or Device name. Here you will find the name and model number of your Android phone.

The clear cases do not include the MagSafe wireless charging magnet.
As the cord is included with the universal adapter the phone does not allow charging with a wired usb charger.

Are they compatible with universal ropes?
Of course! They are compatible with all universal ropes listed on our website.
Each cord includes a sturdy plastic adapter that allows the attachment of both products.
When the case is attached with the universal cord, it does not allow the charging of the charger with usb cable.
