How do I find out what model of phone I have?
For APPLE through the Settings app scroll down and select General, tap Info and there you will find the Model.
For ANDROID open the Settings app , scroll down and select About Phone or Phone Info. Look for the field that says Model or Device name. Here you will find the name and model number of your Android phone.

We accept returns and exchanges free of charge at our Barcelona office. Only returns can be processed online.

Can I change the design of an order already placed?
If you wish to change the design of your order, please contact info@mukbarcelona.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you. Changes will only be effective if the order has not been shipped.
Do you do corporate orders with company logos?
Of course! We adapt each product within our color catalog.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 48-72 working hours from our offices in Barcelona.
For international orders the delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Where can I pick up my order when it is ready?
Your order is at our offices at 149 Bruc street, 08037 in Barcelona.
Pick up hours are from Monday to Thursday from 9h to 18:30h and on Fridays until 15h.
Can I modify the components of my order?
Once your order has been placed and processed in our system, we cannot modify the components.
To change the address, you can write to our email address: info@mukbarcelona.com, and we may be able to help you.
If the order has already been prepared, you will have to wait to receive the tracking number by mail and contact the shipping agency directly.
