How do I find out what model of phone I have?
For APPLE through the Settings app scroll down and select General, tap Info and there you will find the Model.
For ANDROID open the Settings app , scroll down and select About Phone or Phone Info. Look for the field that says Model or Device name. Here you will find the name and model number of your Android phone.

Can they be customized?
This particular collection has only two models that allow customization. The other designs cannot be customized.
Can I add a universal cord?
Of course! They are compatible with all universal ropes listed on our website.
Each cord includes a sturdy plastic adapter that allows the attachment of both products.
When the case is attached with the universal cord, it may not allow the charging of the charger with usb cable.
Can I return or exchange a customized clear cover?
All products that are personalized with initials, name and images cannot be exchanged or returned.
As indicated in our return policy, we will not make any exceptions as it is a product that we cannot re-sell.
How long does an order take?
