How do I find out what model of phone I have?
For APPLE through the Settings app scroll down and select General, tap Info and there you will find the Model.
For ANDROID open the Settings app , scroll down and select About Phone or Phone Info. Look for the field that says Model or Device name. Here you will find the name and model number of your Android phone.

Does the Choco case add a lot of thickness to the phone?
It is an embossed case, it may be bulkier than a plain patterned case, but it is very comfortable and lightweight.
Can the color finish wear off over time?
It is made of resistant materials that keep the color stable. Even so, careful use helps to prolong its original appearance.
Does the Choco case protect the cell phone camera?
Yes, as the raised edges around the camera offer additional protection against scratches and flat surfaces.
However, we recommend our heavy-duty lens and full camera protectors for added protection.
Is it compatible with MagSafe charging?
No, this case does not have built-in Magsafe charging like other models we have. And because of the material, it can't be charged with MagSafe wireless charging either.
Where can I pick up my order when it is ready?
Your order is at our offices at 149 Bruc street, 08037 in Barcelona.
Pick up hours are from Monday to Thursday from 9h to 18:30h and on Fridays until 15h.
Can the holster be combined with accessories such as stands or pendants?
Yes, it is compatible with any universal rope because it includes the adapter that attaches correctly to the sheath.
