How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Important: Your telephone number is essential for the carrier, who will contact you if the order cannot be delivered. Thus, in case of not being at home at the time of delivery, another option can be offered: mailbox, neighbor of the third party, concierge or the store across the street.
If they do not locate you on the second delivery attempt, the order will be returned to our offices and you will have to pay again for shipping to receive it.
How do I place an order?
All orders are made through our website www.mukbarcelona.com. To proceed to order your personalized covers, you must locate the desired products and add them to the shopping cart.
Once you have purchased all the products in the cart, proceed to finalize the purchase of your mobile phone cases or other items. Then you must fill in the shipping form and enter your card details to make the payment.
In the case of having problems, do not hesitate to contact us at the following email info@mukbarcelona.com . We will help you through the process step by step!
How can I know if my order has been done correctly?
If the surcharge on your card has been made correctly, you will know that the order payment has been made.
On the other hand, once the order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your order has been received by Muk Barcelona.
Then, all you have to do is wait for your chosen items (personalized mobile phone cases or other products) to be manufactured and distributed with the transport agency.
Once they leave our offices, a link will be sent to you so that you can track the order.
If you have chosen to pick up at offices, once your order is complete you can pick it up at the local store at Calle Aribau, 6. 08011. Barcelona.
What happens if my order does not arrive?
We control everything that happens from the moment you place your order until it is delivered to CorreosExpress (domestic shipments) or UPS (international shipments). Once it is in their hands, in the event of an incident, we must contact them to resolve it.
In the event that your order does not arrive, it may be for different reasons.
1. The carrier has tried to deliver it twice and has not located you. In this case, the order will be returned to our offices and you will have to pay the shipping costs again.
2. We have run out of stock, you will receive an email to know how you want to proceed.
Do you order for companies, B2B or in large quantities?
Yes, if you want to make a large order of personalized mobile phone cases, personalized chargers, or AirPods cases, among other things, do not hesitate to contact us.

If I come to the physical store, can I take the personalized order right away?
Yes! In all our physical stores we take between 15-20 minutes to customize the covers/Airpods...

You can also pick up your cover in our stores. The available locations will be released at the end of the purchase

Your telephone number is essential for the carrier, who will contact you if the order cannot be delivered. If they do not locate you in 10 days, the order will be returned and you will have to pay the shipping again to receive it.
Can I finance my purchase?
When you go to pay, next to the options to pay by card, PayPal or Apple-Pay, you will see the ClearPay option. If you select it, you can pay for your Muk purchase in 3 installments, without expenses or interest on your part.
You will pay the first installment at the time you place your order and the remaining two installments each month, without any additional cost.
RETURNS AND INCIDENTS

Returns of personalized products will not be accepted, either with the name, initials, coordinates or any type of personalization.
Returns will not be accepted if the item is damaged, used, stained, broken or altered in any way, the item must be in perfect condition.
Returned items must be sent through the return portal enabled at the following address: https://mukbarcelona.shipping-portal.com/rp/
MUK BARCELONA is not responsible for possible delays, losses, or location of packages in shipments not made by us.
MUK BARCELONA will not be responsible for non-delivery of its products in the event of stockouts or unavailability of the product, cases of force majeure, meteorological causes, disturbance or strike of transport services, flood or fire.
How do I make a return?

It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been placed.
Shipments will be made only to the address provided as "Delivery address" when placing the order. Make sure the data is correct and complete.
Those shipments that are returned due to the buyer's negligence (incomplete or wrong shipping address, etc.) will not be reshipped until the buyer has paid the reshipping costs again.
All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition. If you notice external damage, possible tampering or something strange on delivery, please state this clearly and notify us within max. of 24 hours sending an email to info@mukbarcelona.com attaching a photo of the product, in this way the courier insurance will take care of the damage caused.
We will not be able to take charge of claims for damages or shortages that are made after 24 hours of delivery.
