How do I find out what model of phone I have?
For APPLE through the Settings app scroll down and select General, tap Info and there you will find the Model.
For ANDROID open the Settings app , scroll down and select About Phone or Phone Info. Look for the field that says Model or Device name. Here you will find the name and model number of your Android phone.

How to clean it? With a soft cloth slightly dampened with warm water.
For spot dirt, add a drop of neutral soap, rub with circular movements and dry immediately with a dry cloth. Give a final touch to the studs with a microfiber cloth to restore the shine.

Cases with metal details, such as studs, are made of delicate materials that, with use and the passage of time, may suffer some wear and tear, especially if they come into contact with liquids, creams or humid environments.

We accept returns and exchanges free of charge at our Barcelona office. Only returns can be processed online.

How well does the case protect the cell phone from bumps and drops?
Yes, it is designed in durable vegan leather with padded interior that helps cushion minor bumps and scratches. However, we always recommend our screen protector to strengthen your phone's protection.

Cases with metal accents, such as studs, are made of delicate materials. Like any metallic detail, they can become loose over time if the case is bumped or rubbed.
We recommend checking them periodically to prolong their life.
Does vegan leather scratch or wear easily?
Vegan leather is resistant to good daily use, but it is advisable to avoid contact with liquids, creams or humid environments. Also, avoid rough surfaces that can mark them.
Storing the cell phone in bags or backpacks with keys or metal objects can accelerate wear.
Does the case add a lot of weight or thickness to the phone?
No, it is designed to be lightweight and stylish, offering a good balance between aesthetics, protection and comfort in the hand.
Where can I pick up my order when it is ready?
Your order is at our offices at 149 Bruc street, 08037 in Barcelona.
Pick up hours are from Monday to Thursday from 9h to 18:30h and on Fridays until 15h.
Can I modify the components of my order?
Once your order has been placed and processed in our system, we cannot modify the components.
To change the address, you can write to our email address: info@mukbarcelona.com, and we may be able to help you.
If the order has already been prepared, you will have to wait to receive the tracking number by mail and contact the shipping agency directly.
